(1) Open /etc/resolv.conf file:
vi /etc/resolv.conf
(2) Add your ISP nameserver as follows:
search isp.com
nameserver 202.30.38.101
nameserver 163.180.16.53.1
Note Max. three nameserver can be used/defined at a time.

There is chances that your resolv.conf will be override by NetworkManager.
