LSF license file renew

1. Copy a new license file (e.g., license_new.dat") to LSF_ENVDIR.
2. Change LSF_LICENSE_FILE pointing to the new license file.
3. Restart LIM using "lsadmin reconfig"(or stop and start LSF deamons on LSF master host)
4. Run followings to confirm: lsid, lsload, bhosts
